1. CHIEF ENGINEER B.E. / B. Tech(Civil) with minimum 15 years of experience OR  Diploma in Civil Eng. with minimum 20 years’ of experience in reputed organization, and  ability to handle large scale projects independently.

The candidate shall be responsible for:

  • Overall Planning, Construction and Maintenance of all infrastructural facilities.
  • Preparing the tender document including its technicalities and proper contractual documents of approved vendors before the work order or purchase order.
  • Formulating, implement, review and continuously update the policies and procedures related to all the operations of the civil and maintenance department.
  • Training and development of manpower and their annual appraisal.
  • Maintenance work of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, civil, cooling system, water,sanitation, STP, welding and other External Agency’s work.
  • Overall water supply inside the campus.
  • Supervising and handling of manpower.
  • Record keeping of the department including attendance of workers and their payment.
  • Planning and execution of projects.
  • Conduct audits and shall be involved in quality enhancement practices.
  • Registration of Contractors and laborers.
  • Appointment and taking disciplinary action for related persons.
  • Estimating expenditure on staff salaries and allowance, maintenance contracts, training, purchase of equipment, materials, tools, instrument and furniture.
  • Drafting, finalizing and implementing maintenance schedule through system of complaint registers and work orders.
  • Processing of bills of all engineering and maintenance work include bills for water, electricity, fuels etc.

Duties:

  • Shall be available on “on-call” basis during off hours for emergency situations.
  • Must be highly safety conscious and actively involved in maintaining a safe work environment throughout the campus.
  • To work as Member secretary for Building & works committee, maintenance & housekeeping committee, water supply, hygiene and sanitation, and environment and gardens committee.
2. Maintenance Engineer (Civil & Maintenance) B.E./ B.Tech with minimum 5 to 8 years of experience
  • Shall work as a part of the project management team, reporting to the Project Manager/Incharge.
  • Shall be responsible for all aspects of the project relating to building services.
  • Shall ensure that the day to day duties are performed professionally and expeditiously to support the ongoing progress of the report.
  • Shall have to review plans and specification according to approval plan.
  • Shall have to manage to oversee the work of subordinate staff contactor, architects or engineer.
  • Shall have to prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping system.
  • Shall have to analyze mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering problem and formulate solutions.
  • Shall have to identify problems in design, plan if any and repair in same to the Project Manager.
  • Shall continually review the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of site works with regards to MEP services and report to the project director on the same.
  • Shall manage the day to day work of the MEP team.
  • Shall undertake general project site observation/inspection of the mechanical services works for contractor’s adherence to the approved drawing and consultant’s specification, good working practices, and construction schedule.
  • Shall monitor and promote health and safety on the site. Record and report any breaches to the project manager. If required stop the construction works if unsafe practices are being followed and report the same to Project Manager.
  • Shall attend project, site progress and any mechanical services related technical meeting as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Shall facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP subcontractors during construction.
  • Shall validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
  • Shall direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP contractors such as HVAC, ELV, Electrical power and lighting fire fighting services plumbing.
  • Shall be responsible for coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.
  • Shall ensure that MEP contractors adhere to project safety regulations.
  • Shall assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.

5. Site Supervisor Site Engineer (Civil)-B.E. Civil/Diploma Civil Experience of 2 to 3 years as Site Engineer.
  • Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitoring and controlling performance.

10. Biomedical Engineer B.E. or B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering with Min. 8yrs. of exp. in multi super speciality hospital.
  • Prepare & maintain total medical equipment of Hospital.
  • Weekly stock & maintenance report.
  • To know all suppliers related to their equipments.
  • To survey & analyze damage/dysfunction of Medical Equipments.
  • To get these equipments repaired when there is any fault.
  • To look after supply of ECG papers, RBS strips & other accessories etc.
  • To look after CO2, O2 and NO2 – central lines, manifold, cylinders availability & prompt supply.

  • To take two rounds daily of Hospital, Morning & Evening, inform the report to GM & Medical Superintendent as per need.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the Management in regard to PR & Doctor Liaison.
  • To gather day to day negative feedback and discuss with GM – Opr and Medical Superintendent and find out the immediate solutions with no future repetitions.

  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors.
  • To take care of all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof – reading etc.
